This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never rent another U-Haul again. Between the pickup location being awful, extremely rude and disrespectful, and snatching things out of peoples hands to getting hung up on by U-Haul’s customer service people after trying to get a simple issue resolved and having to report multiple employees for being so rude, never again. I have never had this bad of an experience with a company in my life. U-Haul is the worst company EVER!

Vanessa WThe Indian man that I picked the keys up from was very rude. I asked him the first time if he had the keys to the uhauls outside to which he said no. Spent 45 minutes on hold with support and they called the store and he magically has the keys…. Then tried to argue with me about the appliance dolly. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend doing business with this location.
