I got charge an extra day for no reason. I turned it in on time but the did not complete it in the system until the following day.

The truck was left with little to no fuel and was full of trash and left disgusting. They then charged me for furniture pads I never got and a second dolly I didn’t get.

David CThis is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never rent another U-Haul again. Between the pickup location being awful, extremely rude and disrespectful, and snatching things out of peoples hands to getting hung up on by U-Haul’s customer service people after trying to get a simple issue resolved and having to report multiple employees for being so rude, never again. I have never had this bad of an experience with a company in my life. U-Haul is the worst company EVER!
