The only contact I had with Double Tap was the day we were driving to NC. I called to verify their closing time so I could drop the car hauler off as we came in to town. They would be closed when we got there but he told me what to do when I dropped it off. After telling him I hope the truck does not break down, he offered to call the regional manager to contact me on the road. I told him "thank you" but that would not help at the time until if/when the vehicle does break down. We dropped the trailer Friday after hours then dropped the truck off on Saturday after unloading it. Other than that I did not have any contact with the business but the way he offered to help when I called was definitely a good sign this is a great business.
