It was very inconvenient for me to drive to that location after being switched 10 - 12 miles beyond my original pickup place.
Deborah HWasn't sure approaching the building which door was the correct one, however the representative was right there and asked if they could be assistance and was excellent going forward.
LANCE LThey were very friendly but the workers didn’t know how to handle the transaction. It worked out though when they called the owner.
Ellen WTook over 30 minutes to pick up when I signed up for mobile pickup. Employee was not properly trained in U-Haul and was having to call back and forth to someone to complete my reservation. Finally got the truck and it had drywall pieces and dust on ramp and hitch. Dolly was on truck that I didn’t select to rent & the check engine light was on. When I got to my destination I informed U-Haul.
