A u-haul customer service representative is needed and should be there for truck pickup at this location...it only had a drop box that was difficult to open

kinarath pI had to wait 2hours before I could get the u haul. The 1st place didn't have a truck. I ask the clerk to ck others pl near and she told me ALL was out and that was a lie I wasn't able to used the truck at night because one of the head lights were out. I called 1 800 # and the phone ringed but no answer. I had a bad inconceivable experience
