Please improve the app, I wasted so much time trying to turn truck in. It seemed to have taken me 20 mins to check in. There has to be a quicker process. The service on the app is so bad when at the site.
Erica BOur rental truck's air conditioner was not working, and it was a very hot day. It made for a very unpleasant experience using the truck!
