Drop-off was easy enough, but did not see a lock box and placed the key inside the glove compartment of the truck.
JESSICA WThe app was slow to load during return process. I followed the initial overview and dropped the keys in the box before the app loaded with all the steps. Other than that it was an easy process
Ashley FApp didn’t have my reservation - had to call into cs to get it added. Location is terrible - office is possible to find, they have no signs anywhere telling you where to go. Key box is easy to miss as well! Terribly unorganized.
