Upon arrival this truck was below Empty gas wise. The truck wasn't ready, I had to wait for them to clean it out. And then the man there tried to cancel my initial reservation and then reopened it when I refused to redo my truck rental. 15$ and it was still on empty I was doing a small load not too far, and then I added another 25$ that gas might be leaking or something but picking it up in empty was not good. And the mileage input by the storage truck pick up was wrong. I would never go thru a third party again. Horrible experience.

CHRISOUNDRA DHave the right size dolly as ordered so customer will not have to pick up. We put in to much fuel because truck should have proper amount of fuel for miles traveling and customer make certain it is at same level when returning. We didn't get a refund for over fueling.
BETTY ADolly that ordered was missing, blankets had to be found. Lots of confusion.
