The people was rude the guy came out didn’t speak the girl just took the clean they charge me for gas and I filled it were it was suppose to be and I took a pic of it as well for proof I left a piece of plastic small as a grocery bag and they charged me for a cleaning fee tried to speak with someone they keo me on hold multiple times I will never use U-Haul again I will continue to use Penske for my truck rentals
