STEVEN RThe truck was invested w roaches , I told them @ Harris auto when I dropped it off they said they would check it out also I put more gas in it then when I received in it . They charged us 23.87 more when we only went 17 miles over the estimate of 40 miles which was only 15 .00 my mother will be contacting the bank in regards to this matter the truck returned same day

JORDAN RGreat customer service, I was in and out quickly. On the auto transporter, the ratchets were dry and difficult to use, =other than that, all good. Note: This was not the scheduled pickup location, it was supposed to be in Sandy Springs off Roswell Rd. However when I got there at 8AM, there was no auto transporter available. The staffer on site was very accommodating and was on the phone with the local UHaul rep to find me another unit, which we did find one, about an hour away. Other than the fact my reservation was not actually there, everyone has been very helpful.
