I rented the truck for a day. Picked it up at roughly 2 & returned it around 7 the next day & was charged an additional $110. Receipt doesn’t indicate why.

This is a little hard, I didn't get the person's name. He quickly assisted in making sure all was well with the UHAUL return, once i was in the right location. I had to call the location number for directions in the parking lot to park. The location to park wasn't easy to determine as the joint businesses were less attractive and left me with concern for where to go for the entrance to rental returns. Perhaps making the address stand out would be helpful, since the UHAUL trucks are parked up against a wooded area.
TERESA BRental was great . Location was perfect and staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back .
