It had been quite a few years since I needed to rent moving equipment from u-haul, and I honestly don't remember much about that experience. It was probably without an negative incident as I would likely have remembered THAT. My experience with the good folks at the Danville, WV, U-Haul business, A&H, I believe, was SECOND TO NONE. Seriously. Scouts honor. From the superfast and easy booking, to the day of pickup, to the great road handling of the enclosed trailer, and then to the return visit, I'm given' these folks, I believe Mr. Vickers and Ms. Gillenwater, 5 Gold Stars, a solid A+, and a "blue ribbon at the county fair" for helpin' folks with their movin' needs. I reckon this is about as high a rating as possible I could give. Sure be nice if someone from U-Haul corporate would take a minute out of what I know must be very busy days and contact Mr. Vickers to let him know one of his recent customers was very well pleased with the service he and his team provided. Usually, people only hear from corporate when a customer's had a problem or wants to complain (too often without much justification). Sure be nice if, for a change, folks received a "thumbs up" for a job very, very well done. Anyways, 100% satisfied. Zero complaints. Thank you for given' me the opportunity to take this survey and, like I said, sure be nice if somebody "high up" at U-Haul pass on to Mr. Vickers my thoughts. Sincerely,

JOSHUA LIt was a pretty straightforward process called the business they had 1 a tow dolly available went picked it up had it back within a couple of hours. I thought the whole process was pretty seamless. No problems at all.
