Sharon JThis location was great! It was a few miles off of 119, but easy to locate. The staff was friendly and super helpful and the truck was well maintained. There was no wait at all like some of the busier locations in downtown areas. Definitely recommend.

Robert NMy reservation wasn’t in the system so a new one was created with a new higher price. Truck I rented had a hole in the gas tank . Leaked out gas. My trip was delayed and I had to switch out trucks then get a hotel room which Uhaul did not reimburse me for. it was 930pm when they finished reloading a new truck, so I missed my check in date at Uhaul in Indianapolis. Then fear of truck breaking again I returned truck in Richmond Indiana and rented a storage there.
