We had to wait an hour for the vehicle...the location was at a different location then listed and the AC only worked during some of the trip. I was charged for gas when I put over the amount in the tank. Total rip off and a very shady business. Should have not been charged anything for all the issues.
Catherine CThe trailers were dirty and disgusting. The hitch itself was greasy and black. The light plug in was broken so we had no lights and the trailers were literally on the ground so it was very hard to pick it up and move it to the tow vehicle even with the tow vehicle being 2 inches away.
