MICHAEL ESelf drop off was straight forward despite the U-Haul app requiring excessive pics and taking too long to process each task. It is stressful enough to be moving, why does U-Haul need to add to that stress by taking a reservation for a specific vehicle at a specified location and then CHANGE THE TRUCK AND THE PICK UP LOCATION AT THE LAST MINUTE?? DO YOU KNOW WHAT A RESERVATION IS?
MICHAEL PThe person helping us seemed to be in a rush. When I inquired about our return location and ensuring it had after hours return he insisted all the locations had this option. However that was not the case and the return location he recommended did not have after hours return option resulting in us having to return the next day.
