I was provided with samller size van while my order was a truck. I was overcharged with 96$ wile the booking price was 36$. Moreover, I was referred to a third party agent who provided the van. The van was durty and full of dust on the exterior as well as the enterior. I am raising a complainw ith a request to wave all the feed for this booking.

The location is very hard to find. There is no sign and no office. The staff is not UHAUL staff, know nothing about UHAUL policy but just to log us in the computer and give us the key.
