The man in the store just tells you, “ call this numbrr”. No explanation. A bit confusing the process. The man i called was very helpful. I brought the truck back same day and dropped keys in box. There was nobody to close out the acct??? So for a week my acct wasnt closed out! Thank goodness i didnt get charged! Other than that , the truck was great, drove great and ice cold AC!!! Just make the checkin process a bit more clear! Thank you

Drop off was a little of confusing. No one there. No one answered phone number listed and did not respond to voicemail.
George FExplain that the key is in the box and not in the store. Make sure the code is shared so the customer doesn’t have to call 3 different numbers to get it.
Sabrina GDid not know this was just a drop box. Was told they open at 9am. No personal on site. Would have used another option if I had known.
MARILYN JI would recommend making this a more seemless experience with clearer and more concise instructions on how to complete a rental from a facility such as this.
