The rear view mirrors could not be properly adjusted, thus making driving safely difficult. Also weekend mileage was been levied on my order upon return of truck within 24hours. However I pointed out that truck was rented from Thursday..that is not weekend when contract was signed...saying this to say, staff needs to be on top of rates and policies, you doint want to seem as if you want to overcharge the customer.

Well my day started off by going to your Linden Avenue store where I had a reservation. I got there they said I had to go to another store downtown. Which I hadn't planned on because I had to schedule the keep. Then Upon returning my truck they were trying to charge me a $30 service fee for putting gallon of gas in the truck , so then they set me back even further cuz I had to go to the gas station and put more gas in the truck You know I understand making money but when you're trying to take advantage of people that are usually already working hard cuz they're moving to begin with and then you come in here and you want to hit us in the head with an extra fee just because you can or you think you can I think it's a bit ridiculous next time I'll probably use herts thanks.

Location was not the one I chose. Day before central office called and changed my location. Not convienient. Threw my timing off. And the narrower trailer was not even there. That is NOT what I had reserved. C O told me a story during the call on Sunday that was not true.

I was supposed to get a $50 credit because Salem ave location didn’t have the reservation that I reserved. Third street wouldn’t honor it because Salem didn’t pick to it in the computer. Third street is a nice location but they should honor any cancelled reservations,buy giving me $50 off of my bill at there location.

I did find out someone I don't know used my phone number to rent from uhaul. I think as a safety precaution, have the employee call the phone number given to them to see if the phone rings with the customer standing there. I was wondering why I was getting calls from uhaul earlier this year.

Call center rep was horrible. Not friendly AT ALL and left out quite a bit of info on the rental process. One example, your pickup time is your drop off time on the day of return. This was my first time renting a Uhaul. I wasn’t aware of that, The rep should have informed me of that policy.

The box truck functioned fine but was a bit on the old side (86,000 miles or so). The only negative was that the gas tank was not full upon pick-up. I had to try to put gas back in upon return at approx. 3/4 level. A bit tricky, but I did it. Overall, great location, great experience.

Excellent service. I’d neglected to tell them I needed a trailer with a ramp. When I saw the one he was going I told him. He made the paper change, got the other one quickly and I was soon on my way.

Charged me for damages that were already on vehicle. Said I owe them 310.00 when they gave me a truck that had a half dead battery and died 20 minutes after I left the store. This store has lazy employees who don't pay attention.
