My problem isn't with the location or the gas station employee who was new and not familiar with the Uhaul rental process. My problem was with the laborious process it took to actually get the truck that I had registered for online days before I was to pick it up. After registering, I was told I was good to go, but upon going to the location to pick up the truck, there was much more paperwork to be done. It was an hour later that we actually were able to get the truck. We have used Uhaul before, and the experience wasn't at all frustrating - we registered and then went and got the truck. This time it was VERY frustrating!

DANNY RThis place charged my account $110.73 and $ 43.84 to use a truck to go around the corner. They need to pay attention to what they are doing. My account is overdrawn due to this issue. I will never rent a truck from them again. Find a new agent to represent u haul or you all are going to lose a lot of business be behind that location
