I had the truck back before noon on 6/8/26. When I finally got my receipt it stated 3:02 pm. I turned the key on so the lady could see the gauges, she climbed in the truck to see gauges. I didn’t get back in the truck. She had problems with the check in app. I called the 800 number for U-Haul, they said the system was experiencing problems. Anyway I left later I received a phone call inquiring about the key to the truck, it was still in the truck from when she was looking at the gauges.
John SIt’s not the UhAul company but that particular location needs better people skills and working equipment such as computers.
