ANGELA WOwner did not help at all when lock box wouldn’t open…did check in via U-HAUL app and said everything was good to go. Once I got to location, had to re-upload my drivers license, they had to call a personal contact to “verify” and also wanted to call employer to “verify” employment. This took almost an hour, as of course no HR department is open at 8pm. This is something that should be addressed during booking or the mobile pickup should only be available during business hours.
