The person helping me had no idea how to hook up a trailer. The hitch was seized, the exterior was muddy, the interior was muddy, a hinge on the door was broken so the door wouldn’t seal properly and all my stuff got wet. I am not impressed at all.

Kristy DNobody was preset that knew what to do to receive the trailer the next morning. Basically just parked it by the other U-Haul equipment and left. Had to contact the pickup location to confirm the trailer was dropped off. Again the pickup location staff was very helpful in confirming the trailer was received,
