I called to book a truck to move my son in Calgary, I wasn't told about all the extra charges; per mile, after hours fee, coverage etc etc. If I knew I would have rented from Calgary obviously. When I called to inquire about the extra fees, the lady, the same one that took my booking and the same one that checked me in, just then told me about the price per mile, however I was already committed to meeting the group to move. The lady was rude, confrontational and did all the talking and no listening. I will not rent from here again and I wouldn't recommend. Also the A/C didn't work all the time, it would turn on and off periodically, I didn't even get to mention this to the lady as she was just talking about having to run a business and that I should have read the contract as it wasn't her job etc etc.

Yevhen MI returned this truck in very clean shape, exactly as I picked it up. I could not locate the key drop off, and had to search the property until I found a worker. No one was at the front desk. I was upset to see that I was charged $68 for cleaning. I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up (it had 3/4 tank on pick up, and I left it full), and in the exact same shape with no debris or garbage. Brutal treatment of a customer - I feel like you just chiselled me for some extra dollars. I will consider other options next time I need a moving vehicle.
