Steven WThe lock to retrieve the key was difficult and video was not helpful. Made retrieving the key a 30 minute ordeal, I had to restart the video and retry the combination . The cab was not clean, the engine light was on and stayed on the entire drive. No way to know where to return the lock at the end of the service . Just poor set up . Otherwise truck did the job, but likely where people are in the office until they close .
