Online booking needs improvement
Andrea M.When I got there I was told to go on a phone call, walk to the back and type my information in I guess their back office. I was told when I made this appointment I could purchase the other parts I needed but was told at this location I could not. When it was time to attach the trailer I had to ask for help, they weren't show if the trailer I had was the correct one, and just overall super stressful and seemed like it was not a good location to pick up a uhaul.
Gabrielle M.I had to fight with central reservations to allow us to drop off at this location. At this point we were without car transportation and I had to walk back to our boat. The location they tried to force on me was five miles further away. I was able to drop off the truck a day early using the online check out but I have yet to receive confirmation of the return. Again, I spent way too much time trying to resolve this.
Prudence P.The truck was returned late but the retailer keep us informed. Even with that it was an hour drive to get the truck. Which put us late getting the second part of our contract the auto tow. 45 min from there But everyone was helpful
