We dropped our trailer on 7/3. On 7/14 we got an email from U-Haul asking where our trailer was. I then had to call the drop off location, email U-Haul, etc. it was eventually handled but it turned into my problem and chewed up my time to get it all handled . Super super annoying . If you are using a drop point, the paperwork should be done immediately by iuhail and it should not turn into the U-Haul renters problem .

Every time I use the app to check in I have issues with taking photos. I’m frustrated I had to put in my license at the pickup site and wait for approval when I had filled out my information the previous day, I think the app could use some serious improvements.
