The worst customer service. The manager and staff were clueless on operating policies and procedures. I had to help them with it myself spending 2 hours helping staff on their computer. They did not know anything about their equipment and after hours pick up. This meant I flew in on a night flight and had to get a hotel when I had planned on picking up equipment and going straight to my house, which is a hour's drive away. I incurred extra expense due to their incompetence. I have phoned corporate office several times, I received a phone call back from this office by the manger with a weak apology but at no time did he offer any accountability for his lack of knowledge that is refelected in the extremely poor service. Considering the cost of rental and how much time it took me I am appalled and angered at this service. Is this the way business is conducted now? Is there no accountability? Is this acceptable? I will never use UHAUL again I advise all individuals reading this find and use local people.

One recommendation, please take care of one customer at a time. Happened to me the day I went to rent a trailer, the attendant helped me out in selecting the equipment, then finished the payment transaction, but instead of finish with me by providing the equipment, it took another customer, and I have to wait almost 20mins. before me there was another customer and I waited my time until he finished with them. other than that everything was ok.

Make sure that you charge the customer the correct price the receipt I received in person does not match the emailed receipt I got I was charged 40 for gas when I replaced the gas before returning it, someone used a random persons receipt and put my credit card to the payment

The truck was in horrible shape. I shook uncontrollably like it had a flat tire at only 20mph. The steering was horrible and barely turned left. The people at the store were nice but I will never make an online reservation again because of the trouble and amount of times I still had to talk to store personnel. Online reservations are supposed to be convenient and easy and if I would have known I would have to talk to the people at the store 3 times I would have just called and made the reservation.

The tailgate barely stayed on because the previous user damaged it badly. I had to drive way too slow once I realized its condition. And I never reveived my email receipt but I sure did get this survey in my email.

Way understaffed waited for over 30 min and the man talked alot seemed to take unessential steps and then wasn't helpful to the situation

I had reserved a trailer for the date to be picked up at this location. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been moved to a location ~25 miles away, which was away from where I was going. The attendant said this was my only option. I told her to cancel the reservation. I drive across town (highway 31 location) and the manager looked on the computer and told me there was one at the belt line location. She made a reservation for the trailer with the stipulation that it had to be returned by 7:00 pm that day. I returned to the belt line store and the attendant looked surprised that I was back. I told her that I had a reservation for the trailer on her lot. She looked surprised. I told her if she had given me the option of having the trailer back by closing, I would have accepted it. I stated that better communication was needed with customers.
