It doesn't seem right that we dropped off the truck Sunday afternoon when the site was closed, and our truck was due at 7 am Monday... yet the store wasn't open till 9 am Monday. We got dinged $20 for not downloading the U-haul app and self checking in the vehicle. This was after we got an email receipt Sunday evening saying the truck had been returned and we had a $0 balance due. If there's no-one there and you either have trouble with the app or no cell service, you can plan on paying an extra $20 for your rental.
Daniel K.After returning the truck the next day the guy tells me I went over 3 miles and would be charged $3 dollars more. come to find out he charged me for a whole extra day and didnt even give me a $50 dollar credit.
Camika S.Worst experience I've had with any company in a very long time. My experience went from bad to worse as I tried to get a resolution. I will never use UHaul again and I will never recommend to anyone I know. This comment applies to UHaul in general, not the specific location I picked the rental up from.
