It was filthy inside so I was just gonna ask that the cleaning fee be waived. But the brakes sounded terrible the lights on the inside never turned on. I asked for a partial refund and they refused to give me a new truck or the partial refund.

The young lady who processed our reserved 15’ truck was very efficient. However, the truck itself had not been swept out and the gas was 46 miles to empty.
