The entire experience was frustrating. The representative was rude and not helpful until I called U-Hauls customer service number and had the representative speak with him. I was supposed to do a no contact pick-up; I went inside to ask about the process and was told by the clerk he couldn't do anything at the counter because I of the selection I made at pick up. Only to find out the keys were not in the vehicle and I had no option but to speak with the clerk. He was not very accommodating and rude. At one point it felt as if he was trying to get over on me. I requested the wrong size truck. They had 3 smaller options and when I requested to switch, they kept telling me no it wasn't available and they couldn't do anything. Then I share I would not be able to use the larger truck for several reasons, and they tried not to refund the contract. They kept telling me to close out the contract, but the system would not allow me to on my end, because it was passing the reservation time due to me pick-up process. The clerk continued to tell me it was nothing he could do, until the customer service rep told him that was not true and because I had not even started the truck he would have to close out the contract. As he heard us (rep and I) on the phone looking for another location to rent a smaller truck the clerk then produces keys to one of the smaller trucks I originally requested when I arrived. Switching out the truck was a HUGE hassle. It gave scam and bad customer service. The smaller truck was now miraculously available because they didn't want to lose the sale completely. This process took almost an hour. I will not go back to this location, nor would I recommend it to anyone. They do not seem to be honest in there and if you've visited the location, it gives sketchy.

On my reservation I did not take any insurance option for $15 and I was charged anyway for it.
La TIt took about 30 min to get the system working to rent the truck (there issues or U-Haul?). The truck was poorly maintained- no Freon in AC so warm air, front wheel alignment felt off making steering feel insecure.
Raul CI was received for 10' for 19.99 but they said out of stock will charge me 19.99 on 29.99 uhaul and that truck was so hot I sweat while driving other than that it drive fine. I was only to pick road king Harley Davidson and tie up in size 10 uahul but oh well everyone was joking why I drive big truck to pick Harley.. hehe.
ROBIN TFiling the paperwork faster I used the truck Friday and didn’t receive a finalized invoice until Tuesday
