They ripped me off on my Money

ABDULAAZIZ AI made a reservation several days in advance for a 9” van. When I showed up (on time) to pick up and drive my rental, I discovered the U-Haul location on 365 Eastern Boulevard in Clarksville, Indiana had not set up my vehicle— meaning I had nothing to drive. I called the assistance line and was on-hold for 15 minutes until the assistant, while nice and informative, had to send me to another U-Haul location located 20 minutes away, to drive a 10” truck now. Well, when I got to the new location, a gas station that was shady and sketchy, I decided to drive my personal vehicle to Georgia instead. When I got to Georgia the next day, a friend convinced me to try U-Haul again. I made a reservation for a 10” truck and received a call the next day, an hour before my reservation time, telling me that my reservation vehicle had not been prepared AGAIN, and that I needed to drive to another location to get it. At this point, I accepted the situation, and picked up that truck for this review. Overall, very frustrated and dissatisfied with the services U-Haul wants to offer. It’s hard enough to move as it is— let alone when nothing is guaranteed.
