Because there was a dolly and furniture pads,I didn't understand that came with the truck. Didn't use them. Bag was already open. I had my own equipment and they want to charge me for gas and equipment that was not used. We put gas back in it the truck because it wasn't where they said it was. Will absolutely not recommend this location. People trying to fast talk you and think you don't know what's going on and think you don't know how to handle business. Awful business.

Additional charges were added “per owner” that was not in writing or on paperwork. I was told it’s a mandatory 50 mile min. charge when renting. When asked why wasnt it on the online invoice or in writing they were told that’s what we were instructed to do per the owner. This is illegal and an official bait and switch! I will reporting you’ll to the BBB.

The Candler Rd location is in need of drastic help. It’s sad that U-Haul locations on less congested sides of town aren’t run this way. There weren’t enough workers, the online check in is a joke. I spend to much time and money to have such lackluster service.

No one answered the door when returning I haul. Called the number and it goes to a different location who couldn’t provide me with the number for this location I was at. I was charged for a dolley I never received and now I can’t get anyone on the line

I wanted a cargo van. I reserved it a week in advance. On the day of my event there wasn't a van available. A truck was substituted however I was still disappointed. Maybe another location had a van. If the attendant would have checked.

I reserved a cargo van, way in advance, to haul some sound equipment to a local school. I was told at pick time that no vans we're available. Actually, one was on the lot over 24-hours. I was given a 10 feet truck. Way too much for what I needed. Very disappointed. My first experience was awful. I will never patronize my business at that location again.

You can start by ensuring that the equipment requested by reservation is on hand. If it cannot readily be on hand at the requested time then a friendly notification of such would go a long way.

I was charged for damage I did NOT do! They didn’t show me the truck, instead showed me pictures that didn’t have the truck number and said I did it. The truck I had did NOT have damage nor did I hit anything, never even went anywhere with a height requirement or tight turns to scrape the truck. The manager on site is unprofessional and ghetto fabulous, will deal with corporate because the charges are BOGUS

Ensure employees are professional, timely, and have some sense of etiquette and customer experience. My experience at this facility was horrible. Pickup of the vehicle did not occur until around 8pm due to about an hour and half wait in line. This caused a delay in the move that was to occur. At that time employee was not familiar with my Uhaul Dealer code and could not enter it. Upon return, Crystal Cephus was rude and obnoxious, unable to answer questions and even hanging up on me prior to my arrival to return truck. Won't be returning to this location, ever!

I arrived at this location at 8:55 am and the store opened at 9am. When the store opened it was only 1 person schedule to work on one of there peak days! It was a line wrapped around the door. The young lady was very professional and courteous. Who ever did the scheduling for a Sunday at the end of the month did a poor job! I was late with my movers and I completed the express check inn. The uhaul truck was clean.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish at the Candler Road location in Decatur. The agent (Brittney Hayward) at the location was very professional, helpful. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Brittney did a great job.
