Very clean efficient location that means it also is a preference location. I would suggest renting on-line, and checking in on-line also. Get to the location early and all will go great.

Your survey should enclude overall experience, which was poor! If there was a rating -100 I would happly rate it a negative -100. I would not recommend any service to any one. I would highly recommend a few calls be pulled and reviewed by your quality team as well as corporate office. Emplyees Sha-da(male) at 2505 Candler Rd in Decatur, GA 30032 and customer service agent Deirdra Lavine out of Arizona for very poor customer service to say tje least. Your manger Emmanuel out of Arizona who manges those above assciates at the time of my call for not returning a manger call back as requested. On a happier note Leah from Arizona needs to be commended for exceptional customers! All calls from those assciates should be reviewed and reprimanded and place on some form of corretive action with an exception of Leah! I will esculate this matter by writing and placing a call to your CEO COO AND CFO in regards my complaint and recommendation for those assciates. My billing issue still need to be address and a credit is due to my account for in-state usage.

While the location was clean and well stocked with rental equipment, the customer service sucked. When we came into the store, there were two customer service reps behind the desk. One was assisting a customer, and the other seemed to be reading the computer. In any case, we were ignored; not even a "we'll be with you in a minute." Very rude. When it was time for me to sit down and work with the customer service representative, she had an attitude, and was somewhat rude. Then told me to go outside and that the woman on the lot would have my truck ready. Once out there, she acted as if we were invisible as well. No acknowledgement what-so-ever. The young lady from the inside finally came out and showed me which truck to use and added the dolly that I had purchased. Last, my time to return the truck was 5:15 and the uhaul place closed at 5. You would think that that would be mentioned when renting. I rushed back and almost walked into the door because they were still inside only to be looked at like I was stupid or something. I asked her to come to the door which she did finally and let me know where I should put the key and how to retrieve my deposit if I paid in cash...the next day. I always rented with U-Haul, various locations, and I have never been treated in this manner.

This location was great but I had to call UHaul at the planned pick up because they were not open. Pick up has been an issue for my on two other UHaul pick ups. I will need to change over to Penske. Very disappointing

Made a reservation for 3pm,didn't get the truck until3:50. Was in line that long,only 1 employee inside and one outside. Wouldn't recommend the location to anyone

The store opens at 7am. I had my reservation at 7am. The manager who could process rentals did not come to the store until 7:30. The other staff said they couldn't rent any trucks until she came in. She was rude and dismissive when she did arrive. It took 1 hour for her to start working with me to get me a truck. I will never use this store again. It was awful.

Not enough empolyees... Also the lady swipped my card with out telling me the full amount. She told me my extimated total, and told me to swipe my card. Then she said "oopps its going to be 75.00 deposit" very unprofessional. I even thought it i was charged the 53.00 plus the 75.00. I was very unhappy with the rude service.

I scheduled one way dopping off at peters street. It didnt happen they put me local with a drop off where i pick up at candler rd they inconvenience me. What the purpose of making a reservation.????????

I got a cleaning fee for $25 still waiting on the manager to call me back to explain why. I broomed the truck myself.... I'll keep waiting and would much rather go with a private trucking company next time, at least they're up front and will return my calls. Not only will I never recommend this Uhaul but I will blast you on social media.

I reserved a 17' truck two earlier and even completed early check-in to speed up my processes. I arrived as schedule to find they didnt have my truck available. They offered a 26' at the same price but i didnt need that much truck. I was upset because they already processed my card and i was inable to go to another location because of that. And they said it would be 3_5 days before the transaction would reverse. They were very slow and not helpful at all. I later checked my credit card to find that my card was charged 3x's. Not happy at all with this location and will not be using their services in the future.
