Can you return the trucks to any location or not? After my rental time was up, I called customer service twice & got two different answers so I ended up leaving it at a different location then having to pay double. I feel hustled. I would have had a better experience if the Candler location was able to keep me informed on your policies. I personally won't use U-haul again, but for the next customer.

Well I was given a truck that had licking tires. The following morning I went to the location for them to check the tires but I was advised to call Road Assistance, the service provided showed and said the tire was ok it only had a nail which he plucked. He should have known that the tire needed to chance because that same blew up on me and nearly resulted in a fatal accident but for my skill in handling the situation. I slept on the side of the road till the following morning when Nero came and change the tires. As a matter of fact, Nero said the two tires needed to be changed as they were dry routed. I am requesting some refunds for the danger and disruption in my travel plans

The check-in/checkout process took quite a while as it seemed to be a one woman show. Other than that, the van was brand new and everything went great. I would suggest that your employees always point out where the gas tank is as it is very well concealed on the new vehicles and we are used to looking for either a round or square cover...

I arrived at the location after making a reservation online and receiving a confirmation on pickup. The associate inside told me they didn't have the trailer I reserved and differed me to another location. I asked the associate when would they have the trailer and we changed my reservation for the next day. 15 minutes after I left the location I received a call from the store and was told my trailer was ready for pickup. I drove back to the store and was told to go to the trailer areas and wait for an associate to hook it up. I waited 15 minutes and no associate came to hook the trailer up. I hooked the trailer up myself and pulled up in front of the store to check out and receive my paperwork. After I checked out an associate came outside to check the lights. I cranked my car to turn the blinkers on and the person checking the trailer lights began to insult me about being near the rear of my exhaust. She stated that I did that on purpose because she was near the trailer. Of course I did it on purpose; every car made requires you to crank it up to make the blinkers work. Also, she asked me to crank the car so she could check the trailer lights. Terrible service at this location and the employees are subpar at best. I will never rent another trailer from uhaul again. I will now go purchase my own trailer and inform my connections on social media about the level of service, or lack there of, that this uhaul provides. On a positive note, the store was very clean and orderly inside.

This was a horrible experience. After a break down and 6 hours along side the road we were put in a box truck. Charges were put on our charge card that were not authorized. We were over charged. No reciept showing any charges were given and no explanation was given. I will be writing a letter to uhaul and the better business bureau. This whole expereice has been a nightmare and I would not recommend uhaul. VERY POORLY HANDLED!!

Crystal was absolutely amazing! !! She was working three customer service stations ALONE, and she was pleasant, efficient, and had a great attitude. In fact, she made my experience pleasant in spite of the long wait. Give her a raise, a bonus, and promote her. U-Haul needs more like her.

The line was very long to pick up my reservation, but Crystal was incredible and was capable of helping 3 people at once-- she was amazing. The first truck I was given had transmission issues, but Crystal took care of me and got me in a slightly larger vehicle so that I could get on the road. I had a great experience.

customer friendly staff. explaining all processes before telling customer to sign or agree. Ask customer instead telling the customer to do something. smile more or at least act like they appreciate the customers business. work with more urgency to get all customers served. better staffing during peak hours instead of 1 person who had some physical limitations. suggest all staff go through customer service training.
