I was given wrong information while reserving the storage unit over the phone. This made my move very long and expensive since I was paying by movers by the hour and had to change storage unit because it was too small. I was informed that the storage unit I reserved was ideal for a one bedroom apartment. Even after I told the customer service representative on the phone how much items I had.

This is my second UHaul experience in a 6-day timeframe, and both were disappointments. The lady at the counter (Crystal? The manager?) was the only saving grace at this location - very friendly. Once she confirmed my reservation for a pickup truck and utility dolly and checked me in, I went outside to receive them and saw no employees. Waited about 5 minutes, then went back in to ask Crystal. She paged employees via walkie talkie and told them I was coming out for a pickup truck. I saw a truck being parked (super slowly) at the far end of the lot; a female employee emerged and posted the visor sign with the price in the windshield, then slowly walked back toward the building (in my direction). She asked if I was waiting on a truck. I told her yes, a pickup truck, and asked if that was it (gesturing at the truck she just parked). She said I could wait there and she'd pull the truck up. Seeing how slowly she was moving and that I'd already been there 15 minutes, I asked if I could just go to the truck since I'm in a hurry. She handed me the key and had me initial the green carbon copy sheet indicating damages on the truck. I hustled over to the truck and was intercepted by a male employee who said he needed to check my mileage and gas (which the female employee clearly should've done). He was friendly and didn't make me feel like my presence was an inconvenience like the female employee did. I left the lot shortly after in a hurry, but about 3 miles down the road I realized I didn't receive the dolly (which I really needed as I was moving heavy boxes by myself). I was pretty annoyed. I called UHaul, told them I didn't get the dolly, and the rep said he'd make a note on my account so I wasn't charged. When I returned the truck, there were several employees outside who walked toward the building with me while having an inappropriate conversation (nothing you should say in front of customers). They remained outside, hanging out in front of the door and talking. I went inside and saw nobody, so I went back out and looked around, then asked one of the employees near the door if she could check me in. She said yes, she was about to come check me in (although nothing was holding her up besides clearly wanting to chat and not wanting to work). She walked with me to the truck, checked my mileage and fuel, asked me about the dolly (I told her I never received it and that a rep put a note on my reservation so I wouldn't be charged), and she gave me the total. It sounded off, but I was in a rush so I left. Busy moving day. When I received the emailed receipt, I saw I was charged for the dolly. Sigh. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charge as an incorrect amount. (Don't feel like trying to sort it out with UHaul because their "customer service" is trash as I've seen over my last two visits, and the first visit at the Peters St location 6 days ago was much worse than this one.)

Crystal needs to have a review she is rude not accommodating and may need further customer service training she made my experience horrible. I can to this location before and loved said this would be my only uhaul store... I won't go back there. Seriously a mystery shopper should be introduced. She needs to be away from customer maybe in the back but she doesn't need to be the face of uhaul

Very shady unprofessional location four days after use got an email saying I used pads I never opened : couldn't perform walk through when I dropped off because "system down" now I'm being charged false charges. Will be contacting bbb and above

The fuel level referenced on the contract was clearly inflated. I took a picture before I left the store. When I returned the vehicle, I alerted the personnel that I had filled the fuel level to the actual level when I took the vehicle, and I showed them the picture proving my contention. They did not question this, but I suggest monitoring this location for inflating fuel levels to disadvantage customers. Otherwise, the experience was acceptable.

The service is very slow. I've used this location twice and it seems to be understaffed. The personnel are friendly but always seem to be multi tasking with what seems to be their personal affairs and not company business (I.e texting and talking in their on their cell phones)
