Speak. I said hello as an employee walked in she walks right past me doesn't say a word, smile, nothing. Another customer says hello, same thing she just goes and sits down and finally speaks to help him. She heard us as we were both close enough to be heard besides you should acknowledge a customer anyway. The other lady was short, neither seemed to enjoy working there. Positive: The truck was clean.

Despite doing self-checkout, it still took me almost an hour to get my rental pickup truck. The face/ID recognition software on the website did not work for me at all, so I was stuck waiting in line repeatedly to get that sorted out. The truck was filthy. But the employees were nice. However, for returns, there is never anyone outside to receive the vehicle; I always have to search around the parking lot or go inside to get help to unhook my trailer or return my truck.

I returned the equipment (trailer) the same day. The employee at this location failed to close my file upon the return of the equipment. I ended up being charged an extra day of rental. It's been two months and I'm still trying to get my refund.

I hate your new policy of requiring a phone number for a friend or family member in order to rent and requiring someone on that number to answer and making them vouch for someone renting equipment. You guys have some nerve pestering my friends and family just because I want to rent a trailer. No other company I know has such an intrusive policy. Not sure if I will rent from U-haul again because of this. I don't care what your reasons are for the policy.

Well when I was returning my rental it seems as if that location only had one employee working the whole facility. This mad the return process very long and painful. Please add sufficient staff so no one else will have to complain about this.

Reginald Freeman was my associate. During my registration process he asked me did I want a dolly. I expressed that indeed I needed one. Upon me leaving, no one walked me out to the trucked, so I assumed the dolly was in the back(as normally they already are). Upon me reaching my destination in Covington Ga, I get to my storage and realize there isn't a dolly at all. I called the office but received a contact center who stated they would send the email over to the local office and someone would call me back. An hour passed and I indeed had to travel all the way back to the office to retrieve the dolly. Still I had not received a call before reaching the office. The manager stated she would give it to me at no charge but could not reimburse my mileage because Reginald, had not even added the dolly to my total balance!!!!!!! I explained that I can pay $10 for a utility dolly but mileage is how you guys make money and the back and forth trip was costing me more than the $10 comp dolly! Pissed, I left and I won't be returning or recommending this location to anyone. Very unprofessional and try make you feel rushed. This is also the first location that I have been to that they don't walk you out to the truck that you're renting. Fine if it's a new policy, but if people aren't aware of it and need assistance, then the staff should be willing to offer than help. Then they had the trucks parked so close together that even the manager had to come move it for me - mind you she had to go thru the passenger side of the truck because you couldn't access the driver door!

Poor customer service, its the first time its happened to me at a Uhaul location. Next time I'll go to a different Uhaul store.

I rented two trucks for one day 26 ft and 10 ft van I I went to pick up my stuff come back to uhaul place park the van went to get the other truck to return it and someone park in a front of me blocking the van so I can't take my stuff out got go on the back side and walk long carry in order to keep going I couldn't fuel because the situation so they charge me for the fuel which is ok is not their fault that some brainless did that, but they also charged me for the other truck, I do have the fuel receipt For that one so anyway i call the next day to speak to someone about it, but no body knows nothing bad service. I have been using uhaul for ten yrs and this one was bad experience

I ended up at this location because my order, although confirmed, was completely screwed up and the trucks I reserved were not available at the site I confirmed them for. I spoke with no less than 4 people the day before I was to pick up the (2) trucks and the order was still wrong. Crystal, at the Candler rd. UHaul location was wonderful. Especially considering I was the second person in line that had an order that was wrong and was sent to her location.

The customer service in the store is very poor. I didn't get her name, but a young lady working in-store was very impatient with customers and had a terrible attitude. The gentlemen working outside in returns and pick-up were great and very helpful though.
