Everything was great. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing I saw that would help customer service is to have at least 2 people working the customer service desk. It got busy and there was a slight backup.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I reserved a 9' cargo van on 5/15 from 4 - 8 pm. I returned the van on 5/15 at 7 pm after the office had closed, but an hour before it was due back. Two days later and I have five separate charges on my credit card totaling $279.27, even though I only drove 59 miles and turned in the van on the same day. This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with renting a Uhaul!

Employ more people at the weekend. Especially so that people don't have to wait 20 minutes to drop off. Don't charge people twice. Don't have people being responsible for damage in a truck they never drove.

The counter person at this location was absolutely amazing. I've never seen a person multi-task as well as she did . She handle three customers and one person on the telephone flawlessly. She kept all thee of our needs in order and did not miss a beat. Don't let her go. Find more associates like her and you'll always be a winner.

They need to be more organized. The person that checked me out when I returned was not personable or professional at all. She has stank look on her face the whole time like she didn't want to be there. Just because the location is in the hood does not mean the workers should be ghetto or rude. The wait was long even though I made a reservation. Crystal was very professional, however Jasmine Gresham is the young lady I am referencing as ghetto and rude. She needs to learn some customer service.

They are saying that I didn't return all of my furniture pads. That is because my origin U-Haul location--which wasn't U-Hual--didn't give me all of the furniture pads that I ordered. I feel very ripped off. I called Customer Service to complain about this. I was transferred four times. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. After someone put me on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up. Terrible experience.
