The pickup location was fine and the staff were helpful. All of the problems I had were with the U-Haul website and trying to do a self pickup. Nothing with the U-Haul site worked and I had to get the employees to assist.

It was a very fast process of checking the truck rental out .
THOMAS HThis was the easiest rental transaction I have ever had. I needed to return the rental on Saturday which was a day the business was closed but they made accommodations to return the equipment. Would definitely recommend this business if you need a rental.
Jennifer SWhen we tried to drop the truck off at the first location, they told us that they could not accept a 20 foot truck at their location and recommended the One Stop Fixture Location. When we arrived there , we were told that we were at the wrong location. We were told when we picked up the truck that we could drop it off at any U Haul location. The lady was very nice about the situation and called the dispatch for U Haul and had the truck rerouted to their location. From that point every thing ended up GREAT. Please pass a great THANKS to her for me. If I ever need a truck any where in that area , I will be sure to visit her location.
JOE CThis location was not open at the time that I showed up despite their hours indicating they would be. I had to call the business and get them to come over from their house to give me the rental. I lost time and money: they of course charged full price for their service despite this.
