This location was not open at the time that I showed up despite their hours indicating they would be. I had to call the business and get them to come over from their house to give me the rental. I lost time and money: they of course charged full price for their service despite this.

There was no one to greet me, the check in was done on line. The location address didn't match the one on the paperwork and was not easily found on GPS. While the lot was clean I can't say it was inviting. It is recommended only for being closer than any other U-haul return location.
LESLIE JPerson at location had no idea how to give out the truck. Had to talk to a guy on speakerphone. I'll find a different location in the future
BENJAMIN HCharged me 58 dollars including 15 dollars for insurance for just 2hrs and 7 miles driven too much high pricing
NO NThe location is very convenient but could use more directional signage. Very friendly and professional staff. The truck was almost brand new and was in excellent condition.
