There was no interaction with personnel. The place was close. Drop key off in drop box.

Sierra CThe pickup location was fine and the staff were helpful. All of the problems I had were with the U-Haul website and trying to do a self pickup. Nothing with the U-Haul site worked and I had to get the employees to assist.
