Dolly reserved was not available, was not able to pick up truck from requested location even though there was a truck available there in the size reserved, was not able to get into gate without calling U-Haul customer service, first customer service representative I spoke to was not listening to the issue and was getting an attitude because they weren't listening to what I was saying
