Quincy MI rented a trailer. It wasn't clear that I needed to check in at the office building as well as check in on the app. Only when the app wouldn't let me complete the check in process (which looked more like a screen freeze or app error) did I go to the office to ask questions, and I learned that I needed to speak with an attendant to complete the process.
