I rented a trailer. It wasn't clear that I needed to check in at the office building as well as check in on the app. Only when the app wouldn't let me complete the check in process (which looked more like a screen freeze or app error) did I go to the office to ask questions, and I learned that I needed to speak with an attendant to complete the process.
Derin RYou should conduct the verification process of knowing the person renting beforehand as I had to provide 3 numbers for verification they knew me. In today’s world most people don’t answer the phone from numbers they don’t know. Was a little stressful to complete at the time of pick up. Staff were always willing to communicate.
