just make it a little easier to reserve with confidence, i was very nervous that it wasn't going to pan out and we would not have the truck we requested
DONALD JGreat service. Upon arrival, a staff member greeted me outside and directed me to a place to drop the trailer. He disconnected the trailer and checked me in. I didn't have to get out of the car!! This is a big location able to accommodate RVs and large trucks
AARON CNot due to Decatur Hardware; they're good. But uhaul has gotten worse in there customer service. Not only did they rent my reserved vehicle out for a one way move, but didn't have the curtiousness to call me before to set up pickup at different location. So everything was behind 2 hours because of this. And when talking with agent over phone before they put me on hold I heard them cussing me to another in the office. And the only offer they gave me was extra miles. I think after the trouble we went though should of warranted 30% off our charges plus extra mileage and and extra day. But who am I. So next move I will rent from Penske.
