Make the online reservations easier! It's crazy that it doesn't show me trucks available in my area, it consistently shows me 50-100 miles away, which is definitely incorrect. Also...I was able to reservice the 10' truck 4 times this year, but the 5th time I tried, it says there is none available and wouldn't allow me to do it, then when it did, it prompted a phone call from someone saying it can't be done. However, I ALREADY had the EXACT same thing reserved a month later, and just returned the EXACT same thing that day. And...it is not because someone else already had it reserved...I asked that question, it's because the location apparently doesn't have that equipment. But...then WHY would they have it the month before and the month after...Doesn't make any sense.
