The truck did not have my furniture dolly. We had issue getting the photos to upload, and there was no help.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged for an extra 2 days although I had already turned in the vehicle. Luckily I had photos and was able to file a claim to get refunded the money back. When I reached out to the location I was told to just call U-Haul very rudely.

Nubia SDeerfield thrift was closed. Even though hours were posted as open the store was not. Had to do after hours drop off which was a hassle. Then I was charged $6,75 extra for fuel when I returned it with the same exact fuel as when I rented it.
