My experience with U-Haul was extremely disappointing. When I called the pickup location for assistance, the staff was completely unhelpful and unable to provide meaningful support. The pickup location itself was in an area that felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the drop-off experience was even worse. The location was difficult to find, the drop box was not clearly marked, and the entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed. What should have been a simple rental experience turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal from start to finish.
David FTruck was dirty. Mechanically not sound at speeds above 40 mph. I only used the truck for one trip when I realized it was not sound and returned it and was not comfortable continuing to use it. I would request a partial refund of my payment. Thank you.

vanessa pI rented the truck and a few furniture to help my move out (dolly, cloths) and when I open the truck was empty, make my move out so much harder!!
