While the truck was clean it was not the proper size (it was too large). We ordered a small 10’ trailer to ensure simple loading of small items and driving thru mountains and winds. Larger truck caused packing issues and drove terribly.
Robert FIt was easy to get 10' truck i just wish the per mile wasn't so high, I cleaned out my storage unit and made 3 round trips it added up quick :(
sandra dTruck was in poor condition. Several dents and scrapes were not marked. Pick up contract said the fuel tank was full, but a stop at a gas station showed it was 3 gallons short. The wind noise while driving was so loud that we couldn't use the radio. It was even difficult to talk to each other.
craig aI rented a tow dolly. I couldn't help but notice the trucks parked when I picked up and more when I returned it. Probably the cleanest fleet of any UHAUL facility I've ever seen. Even the rims and tires.
