They got my name and address wrong, didn't send my contract to my email and didn't tell me where to drop off the truck and did t give me my military discount . And how come I paid my deposit in cash and now I have to wait for a check to be mailed to me to get my deposit back??

The 10 ft truck I ordered arrived from another location, and upon pre-inspection, it was clear that the rear lights were not working properly. There were no other 10 ft trucks available. BJ's had a 15 ft truck which they offered instead. They were very friendly and accommodating.
