Smoke shop with nothing other than the truck. The truck was nearly new, with only 34,000 miles on it, which was great, but the entire process was done by the store personnel on the phone with uhaul. Original request was to pick up from a uhaul store, not a subcontractor. original reservation was made at the beginning of May for pickup all at 1 location, I was called the day before pickup changing location. Typically this is no issue, however I had to go to 3 different places to get my reserved items. I was also told the reservation is only for the truck not dolly, furniture pads or anything else. This was followed by not renting me a utility dolly because it was reserved. Incredibly frustrating.
