Nobody around for days after dropping off the trailer I rented from Canada and had to call San Antonio office to confirm if anyone works in Del Rio site because nobody was there for the last three days when I arrived it is very poorly kept zone felt unsafe especially when no representation is not in sight nor does the equipment on the lot lots to be maintained with several trailers with flats and again nobody to address matters that person in Del Rio clearly doesn’t care for customers or if the rentals are maintained because it looks like the site is a good look at a customers view and overall I had to talk to a office in San Antonio to get my credit restored and I’m still waiting for my money back from my deposit I put down on the spot yet I have to wait 5 business days and if that’s not worst I have to call back if I don’t receive my money back how unfortunate for the customer to endure good service one area front Canada and poor service in Del Rio Texas
