It is in the middle of nowhere and when I arrived the gates were locked by the property owner. Eventually the guy who worked there was allowed to go in so I could return the truck. But it was very uncomfortable and an awkward situation. The employee was very friendly though.

Charles ROur location for pick up was changed by U-haul was changed from 2 miles from where we needed it to 16 miles. Austin traffic is horrible and driving a truck through the traffic was a nightmare. We were not allowed to pick up the truck then go for the trailer doubling our time for pickup. We found Wholesale Copies to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone and family.
