Our location for pick up was changed by U-haul was changed from 2 miles from where we needed it to 16 miles. Austin traffic is horrible and driving a truck through the traffic was a nightmare. We were not allowed to pick up the truck then go for the trailer doubling our time for pickup. We found Wholesale Copies to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone and family.

The staff were extremely polite and demonstrated exception customer service. They went the extra mile :) to ensure my rental experience was a smooth as possible by staying after hours on a Friday so I could pick up the 5 by 9 trailer I rented. Deletis RThe person that helped us was nice and very apologetic for the terrible situation that occurred. He was new to the job and it took us over an hour to get the pickup completed. That, in turn, caused us to be late on arrival and cost us hundreds of dollars in added expenses because of it. If we had been the ones at fault on a time line issue, we would have been out of luck and would have been without the rental. The same considerations should be reciprocated.
