I booked a UHaul cargo van thru the U-Haul website at Midgard, down the road from Sammys. Booked 2 days in advance for a noon pickup. When I went there, there was no human being to give me keys, so they unapologetically sent me on my way without a van. Booked a van at Sammys, went there 5 minutes later and had a smooth, friendly check out. Brought the van back 2 days later and a smooth, easy check in. The owner of the business was helpful, friendly and polite. I thank Lil Sammys for the great experience and will book with them FIRST next time for all my U-Haul needs.

The rental experience was done online and the 3 times I called Uhaul directly, I was able to get the answers and info I needed. I had to change moving dates and it went well. The Uhaul customer service person was able to do that for me. This move was done with me paying the bill and I had a driver pick up and return the truck. The 26 foot truck met our needs very well. Please update the phone number for this location. I had to go to the store to get the number, it was incorrect on the website and not found anywhere. The correct number is three eight six three three seven seven two zero zero.
