MARK SI booked a UHaul cargo van thru the U-Haul website at Midgard, down the road from Sammys. Booked 2 days in advance for a noon pickup. When I went there, there was no human being to give me keys, so they unapologetically sent me on my way without a van. Booked a van at Sammys, went there 5 minutes later and had a smooth, friendly check out. Brought the van back 2 days later and a smooth, easy check in. The owner of the business was helpful, friendly and polite. I thank Lil Sammys for the great experience and will book with them FIRST next time for all my U-Haul needs.
