I was overcharged $72 don't rent from this place

The location did not have the blankets I was charged for nor did they have they're documentation together. The apparent owner tried to charge me 225 instead of the 110 that I was quoted.

Dealer was extremely rude and unprofessional to my cousin who was picking up the uhaul for me! He was yelling at me on the phone saying "we dont give things for free!" When I had already paid and had proof of payment. When trying to explain that its already been paid for he wouldn't let me speak and proceeded to yell at me. Would recommend going else where than have to deal with this dealer

When I went to return the truck the cashier accuse me of lying and not filling up the truck when I have physical proof of before and after of the fuel gauge and I was even willing to show on my bank statement of me pumping gas and he's still calling me a liar he was being very rude and disrespectful I will never recommend this spot and could have this guy might not even recommend you are in general

The clerk was rude, made us step a side so he couldn't help his other customers. He said we didn't have a reservation at first. I would never reserve another vehicle from there nor recommend.

The man didn't know much if nothing... he did even know what we had reserved. Took is an hour for him to figure things out and then have to ask for the fruniture dolly we order and be charged again. The blankets I ordered were torn and in really bad shape. I will Never use this place again.

I wish that the 10' trucks are equipped with loading ramps so that anyone can load things when using hand truck is much easier.

The store owner was very rude to me the truck had 1/4 tank of gas and he said it had a 1/2 tank and no one checked anything when I rented it like the other places I've rented from in the past and no I will never ever go to lucky 7 again

Someone made a mistake when the vehicle was picked up. It was incorrectly setup as as "in-town", when I clearly reserved for 1-way (I have email confirmations). I was billed twice as much on return. I have been trying to correct their mistake for 16 months and nobody seems to want to accept their mistake.

Provide friendly customer service. At first we were overcharged for mileage, my husband went out a second time to show the mileage. We only used 24 and were being charged for 40.
