I say the people were not helpful ONLY because they were closed and there was no one there to be of help. The place was easy to find and I had no issues returning the equipment or finding the key drop box.

Marielos CThere is absolutely no room for improvement, the older gentleman there named (Butch) was very communicative and helpful, and he was very explanatory. I was greeted respectfully and the prices they offer are very fair if I'm being honest. The trailer that I had rented was very cleaned and washed out. However, would I recommend this U-Haul Rental place to any family members or friends my answer is YES, I would and YES, I will be sticking to renting from this location for future use.
