The pickup place was fine. Thank goodness I called the day before for confirmation because U-Haul changed my pickup location and was not notified. The person I spoke with said I was texted but no. They didn’t have the name of the pickup location just the address. Not very organized. Don’t know if I would use U-Haul again.
