Second time we’ve been here easy pickup and return access closest to what we needed!!
Jim BWe reserved for a counter pick-up at 9:15 and the guy wasn't there. His front person called him a bunch of times and couldn't get a hold of him. Waited about 45 minutes for him to finally show up. Awful experience overall.
Jessica BBecause it is 180 miles away from where I lived, so I wouldn't know anyone there to recommend them to go there. Needed to be alittle more organized to make the transaction to go smoother.
Peter AWe had a reservation for a 7am pickup. We were on a tight schedule and when we arrived the keys were not available in the lock box. After calling customer service we were told that the reservation would need to be rescheduled for 8am.
