Not ready for time scheduled. Interior was dirty. Back smelled of marijuana clearly someone had transported plants since there were leaves. Had to wait 30 minutes for iPad to charge. Sandhu was helpful to get things figured out but put us behind schedule. Dollies that were part of reservation were not ready and solution was for us to call around to locate.

I was suppose to pick up the truck in Turlock only half mile away for my house and I received call last minute form U-Haul that the pick location had been changed and I had to drive to a different town. I also requested to pick up the truck at 1:00PM she said no problems. When I went for pick up they said truck will be ready at 2:00PM.
